Attuned to the changing tastes and trends in food, presentation and molecular gastronomy, Ingenito continually updates Windows' offerings with a variety of delicacies from mediterranean lobster and Maryland lump crab salad on golden and red watermelon spears with microgreens and heirloom tomato seed vinaigrette to toasted garlic and goat cheese flan with wild mushroom chips. With over 30 years experience in the kitchen, Chef Ingenito leads Windows state of the art kitchen with a demanding palette and keen sense of presentation. Chef Ingenito was formally trained at the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York and has been Windows' Executive Chef for over 12 years. His client list includes celebrities such as Billy Joel, Julio Eqlesias, Pavarotti, Jack Nicklaus, Tony Bennett, and Frank and Nancy Sinatra. His political clients include Margaret Thatcher, Prince Charles, Nancy Reagan, President George Bush Sr., President Bill Clinton, Senator Hillary Clinton and many more.
